Default Outlook 2003 problem

I have Vista Home Premium and Outlook 2003 installed.
When I recieve a message with a link in it, I click on the link and it takes
me to
"Locate Link Browser". I cannot open the link. Don't understand what's going
on.

Windows is asking you to supply the location of your web browser, since it
doesn't know what it is. For example, if your web browser is IE, then in
the "LOcate Link Browser" window, browse to C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\iexplore.exe
