Outlook 2003 search challenges.
Hello,
When using the find feature in outlook 2003 it will find the email(s) according to the criteria (like from). However in the preview pane it says "cannot preview the message" and when opening it says "cannot open the item". This is only an intermittent problem most times it works just fine. When this happens closing and reopening outlook seems to fix the problem. I'm using outlook 2003 on an exchange server. I have tried a "detect and repair", renaming the OST, and building a new outlook profile. This is not the advanced search or search folders. Any Ideas would be appriciated.
