Hi,
I'm using Outlook 2003 with Exchange SBS 2003. I have a contact address book that I can see as a subfolder to the Inbox, but when I go to create a mail message and I access the address book there the only addresses I see are from the global address book. Is there a way to move the addresses so I can access the addresses when I'm creating an email? Thanks Craig |

Are all your contact folders enabled as Outlook Address books? (Right click-properties-...)

Tools - Address Book - Tools - Options - Choose Contact which you would
like to use, then click the move up button Good luck "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote in message ... Are all your contact folders enabled as Outlook Address books? Thanks but I can't see the "contact" book to move it within that option.
