Outlook 2002

I have merged succesfully my database from my PIM Act! 2000 for Windows. I
have entered an appointment for a client in Outlook 2002, chosing a date,
time and adding a subject entry. When I look at the calendar, all I see is
that on the date and time my subject line. It does not show me who I am to
see, where they live or what their phone number might be.

Does Outlook 2002 not allow one to use the calendar to keep track of people
only subjects! Am I doing something wrong, not selecting a correct switch to
show the clients name, etc.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Did you associate that person's contact record with the calendar item? Sorry - I haven't used 2002 in a very long time so I have forgotten what its options are.
