How do I find my incoming and outgoing servers?

I am trying to set up my microsoft outlook and I have no idea on how to do
it. I need to know where I can find my outgoing and incoming mail servers.
ex: HTTP, POP3, IMAP, etc.
Someone PLEASE HELP me... Getting very frustrated.

Contact your ISP and ask them for the server names.

Call your ISP help desk or check their website. They should have that
