How do I set the normal view as a default in e-mail replies?

When I open the reply screen, it is defaulted to the web page view, and is so
small it's tough to read. How can I set the normal view as the default
setting for e-mail replies?

That is not an issue with Outlook. That is an issue with Word which is
what you are using as the e-email editor instead of the one built into
Outlook. Well, it's an issue with Word for Outlook before version 2007
(which I hear now only uses Word as the e-mail editor). You didn't
mention WHICH version of Outlook that you are using. Since it is an
issue with Word, ask in a Word newsgroup.

Since you won't be sending the e-mail in Word's normal view but instead
are sending an HTML-formatted e-mail from Outlook then the web view in
Word is the appropriate view to match your sending format.
