emails being deleted

Hi,
I have a new customer who is using Exchange. One of the client computers
(only one) is having a problem with the emails. When he reads an email and
then clicks on the next email in the list the last one that was read
disapears, deletes it's self automatically.
How can I stop this from happening?
Cheers
Lenny
