Default Outlook Settings

When I had office 2003 there was an application included which saving my
settings. With Office 2007 I do not have that application - does anyone
know how I can save all my settings?

Default Outlook Settings

I installed the file but have a problem. After installation there is only a
help file for USMT, no executable file. How do I get the program to run?
