Hello,
I have setup a very simple rules to forward a copy of all my incoming message to Gmail. (Using outlook 2003) Here is my rule description: (Apply this rule after the message arrives forward it to "my_gmail") My problem is sometimes, I get this rules error "The message you specified cannot be found." What is going wrong? Regards, Mingo |

Rules cannot forward mail. You need to write a script for this--not worth the
trouble. Look into Gmail's POP mail options. "Mingo" wrote: Hello, I have setup a very simple rules to forward a copy of all my incoming message to Gmail. Yes, I have more than one rule which identify specific message and move it
to there appropriate folder. But my first rule is to send a copy of all message to gmail. What I did is in the select condition page, I didn't mark any check On the select action page, I only checked the first option " forward it to people/dis. list" and nothing on the exception page. Again, thank you for your help. Mingo "Brian Tillman" ... | Mingo wrote: | | I have setup a very simple rules to forward a copy of all my incoming | message to Gmail. Are you sure that is the rule that is giving you the error message. It
would not hurt to add "stop processing" to the rule and see if you get the error -- Neil "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ...
