Rules error

Hello,

I have setup a very simple rules to forward a copy of all my incoming
message to Gmail. (Using outlook 2003)

Here is my rule description:
(Apply this rule after the message arrives
forward it to "my_gmail")

My problem is sometimes, I get this rules error
"The message you specified cannot be found."

What is going wrong?

Regards,
Mingo

Rules cannot forward mail. You need to write a script for this--not worth the
trouble. Look into Gmail's POP mail options.

Do you have more than one rule?

Yes, I have more than one rule which identify specific message and move it
to there appropriate folder.

But my first rule is to send a copy of all message to gmail.
What I did is in the select condition page, I didn't mark any check
On the select action page, I only checked the first option " forward it to
people/dis. list"
and nothing on the exception page.

Again, thank you for your help.

I'm afraid I'm at a loss, then. What you describe should do the job, as
long as it's the first rule.

Are you sure that is the rule that is giving you the error message. It
would not hurt to add "stop processing" to the rule and see if you get the
error
