Favorite Folders

I've put various folders in Favorite Folders but each time I restart Outlook
they are no longer there. Do I need to do something else to make Outlook
retain this setting?

Favorite Folders

Version? Only email folders shortcuts can be kept in Favorites. Use Explorer
for computer files & folders.
