Follow up
I am at the Control Panel/Mail/Profiles/Data Files/Settings - do I just take
the old setting and change it to C:\Documents and settings/My DOcuments\Outlook\Outlook.pst ??? And - I have Windows XP and Outlook 2003 Thanks again!

Then open Outlook, File Open Outlook Data Files.
