outlook hangs
 

I regularly have Outlook hang on shutdown, then you have to "end task" it
through the task manager. Then it will try to start in safemode. This can
be on very recently wiped pc, so it should be pretty clean. I doesn't seem
to depend on the version, I know I see it on 2003 and 2007. I think I have
seen it occurring in XP(2002). I thought it would be Symantec causing it
but in some tests I removed it and it still happened. It's not 100% of the
time so it's hard to troubleshoot. Is there a known issue that I have
missed? Is there a log some where I can monitor to find the cause?
