Address Books
I have two address books in Outlook 2007, Contacts & HBS. When writing a
message and clicking To button to select names, the dropdown list of address books always shows Contacts at the top (with contact addresses below). Is there a setting which will allow me to set which address book is selected by default? |
Address Books
Tools | Address Book, then Tools | Options.

Address Books
Yes, you can set this in the properties of your Address Book. Make sure
you're viewing the standard and advanced Outlook toolbars. Click on the address book icon. Click on Tools Options. Set your order there. -- Kathleen Orland - MVP Outlook Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "Pete" wrote: I have two address books in Outlook 2007, Contacts & HBS.
