Default Macros

Is it possible to record macros in Outlook 2007?

If not, I need some help with writing one but am not sure if its appropriate
to ask in this newsgroup. If not, then I apologise.

What I want the macro to do is change the default email account and also the
order in which address books are displayed in the dropdown list in Select
Names dialog box.

See my response in the programming group, which is more appropriate for such questions.
