Address in body of email. How to setup a rule
Hi There everyone
I am stumped, and also very new. I think these things go hand in hand :) I am trying to setup a rule in Outlook 2003, whereby I automatically forward an email template to a particular email address. The email address is in the text body of another email sent to me. This is confusing to write down so let me give you an example: "I receive an email from Tom. In Toms email he has provided me with Steve's email address. I want to setup a rule so that when I receive the email from Tom, I automatically forward an email template to Steve. Anyone with any ideas I would be very grateful Regards Marty |
