Default Can you choose what to download?

I've just had a network set up & have Outlook 2003. We have a domain name
that sends emails to an account in plusnet. On Outlook Express I could
choose not to download emails addressed to specific names. eg on the
accounts pc I could choose not to download anything for sales@. And vice
versa on the sales pc for instance. I cannot for the life of me see how to
achieve this in Outlook, but would like to use it because of other features.
Am I missing something?

That's because Outlook doesn't have the ability to selective leave messages
on the server.

So I guess Outlook Express is the best one for me then! One quick question - can you get OE to put a pop-up on the desktop when mail is received?

We're getting faxes sent to email & I just want to make sure the sales team
(techno fobes) get used to checking for faxes & email

Only if all you need is to send and receive mail. If you need calendaring,
then Outlook Express isn't enough.
