Right click on "Personal Folders" and select close/disconnect.
For the ones that have your name on them. Sound like you might have corruption in the mail profile if working against an Exchange mailbox. You would have to close Outlook and then go thru the mail applet in the control panel to create a new mail profile (don't copy the existing one. Create new and delete the old one). As for why... if in a corporate environment, might ask the IT gods if they tried to update your mail profile via logon script. "Terri" wrote in message ... Tried your suggestion - it did work on one. On another the close/disconnect
was grayed out and on the other its said Operation Failed An Object Could Not Be Found.... "neo [mvp outlook]" wrote in message ... Right click on "Personal Folders" and select close/disconnect. This is an indication that the mail profile is corrupt. Close Outlook and
use the Mail applet in the control panel to define a new profile. Again, don't copy the existing one because it will copy the corruption. Create new and delete the old one.
