Is it possible to enter an "event" in the Outlook 2007 calendar and somehow
have "reminders" automatically entered say 15 and 20 days prior? I work for
a small law firm and basically, I would like to be able to enter a trial
date and, for example, have a reminder x number of days before to prepare
jury instructions and x number of days before to send the client a reminder
letter.

Not really. You could set a reminder to be X days prior but not multiple
levels of reminders unless you manually create multiple items (one for the
event and one for each of the reminders. I doubt that would work well since
the items wouldn't be linked together and move together if the 'main' event
moved.

Darn !

Hmmmm .... I guess I could put something in the "notes" section at the
bottom of the "main" event that would tell me what dates I manually entered
the reminders and/or associated dates, but boy, it sure would be nice to be
able to do it all in one entry.

Thanks for replying.

Drag the event onto a Task and use that for a reminder to send the client
letter...

Thanks! Hadn't thought of that option.
