I need to find a way to have in-mail and out-mail archives.
The accounts are setup somewhere. No problem. In Outlook Expres I can setup a filter so that it automatically sends a copy of all incomming e-mail to the in-archive mailbox, but I can't find a way to send a bcc copy of all sent e-mail to archive-out mailbox. In Outlook 2003 I can make both but the outgoing mail copy can't (apparently) be send by bcc - i would like to make it by bcc, not cc. Can I have sme help, please? H. Martins |

Martins I don't understand what you are trying to do with CC and BCC.....in outlook you can make a rule to move all sent items (doesn't matter whether you used CC or BCC or none of those) to a folder of your choice. |

Outlook allows that by automatically adding archive-out@... to cc. I can't find a way to get the same by adding archive-out@... to bcc instead. In outlook express I can't find a way to automatically send copies of ougoing mail. Thanks H Martins |

I think you should be able to do that by creating a new Email template.... |

Outlook by default saves a copy of everything you send in the Sent Items mail folder, just like Outlook Express does, if you tell it. You don't need to send yourself a copy. You have one already. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

If you want ao Bcc a preset address for every outgoing mail, see this: http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autobcc.htm -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
