how do i make a Outlook Distribution list from a text file? would all the
addresses in the file need to be in one line separated by commas?

If you have a text file with names and addresses separated by spaces or
tabs, one pair per line, you can use cut/paste. Open a new DL, click Select
Members. Open the text file, select evenrything in it and copy, then back
in the DL windows, click in the Members field and paste. Click OK.
