Default Signiture not showing according to account

Hi

Trying to deploy signatures to various machines which all have different out
come. Some machine on Outlook express and some on outlook 2003.

I am only raise the Outlook 2003 in here

I have added 2 new accounts (account1 and account2) and both using one
signature which is in html and setup from TOOLS -- OPTIONS -- MAIL FORMAT
tab - SIGNATURE button

When I added the signature to the newly created accounts and tried sending
new or reply email. I noticed
1. When the default account don't have signature, none of any other
signature work.
(e.g. if user1 doesn't have signature, then signature doesn't show up for
account1 or account2 even those I have already have it setup.
If user2 have a signature, then signature show up when sending emails from
account1 and account2)
2. when I have selected an account which doesn't have signature, even the
account which has signature will not have the signature come up.
(e.g. I have 6 accounts under user2, at present only 3 has signature. When I
open up for new email, due to default account has signature, if the Send
from acount is changed to another accounts which also has signature then the
signature show up without any problem. However, if I have selected an
account which doesn't have a signature then any account which I selected
afterward will not have their signature show up even though they do have
signature setup)

Can anyone get me on the right track what I might have missed to get this
result ????

Thank in advance

you need to assign a signature for all accounts for the signatures to change
in Outlook 2003 and 2007. Use a blank one that has just two dashes and enter
on the no signature accts.
