remove outlook add-in toolbar
I recently installed an Outlook COM add-in that comes with a toolbar.
I only want to use this add-in thru the menu. Is there a way to permanently remove this toolbar? I've gone to Tools | Customize and deleted it from the toolbars tab. But it comes back when I restart Outlook. Thanks.

Ask the provider of the COM add-in.
