Empty "Junk E-mail" Folder on the shortcut menu GRAYED OUT
When I right click on Junk E-mail Folder the " Empty Junk mail" Folder is
grayed out. I have to delet messages one at a time. How do I turn this option on? Office Outlook 2007 Thanks, Terry |

Have you run Office Diagnostics yet? See if that will fix the problem. Do you have any third party anti-spam programs installed as well?

I have misstated my problem. Delete āJunk E-mailā is grayed out. I did not realize I do not have Empty āJunk E-mailā listed as a command on the shortcut menu. This is only in the Junk Mail folder on my MSN E-mail account that I am reading in Outlook 2007. I have never used Outlook before. I have a new E-mail at work that is set up to read in Outlook and my MSN account is added to it. The Empty āJunk E-mailā command is listed in my office Junk Mail. Sorry for my confusion I am a new user of Outlook. I will follow all instruction you offer and may need to give you more information, please let me know. I removed Outlook Connector, rebooted then reinstalled Outlook Connector and
that fixed my problem. The Empty "Junk E-mail" is no longer "grayed out" and is avaliable to use. http://www.xsolive.com/Outlook%20Scr...Form.aspx?ID=8 Delete will be greyed out because itās a default folder and you can't delete default folders. You should have Empty Junk Email though. Since office diagnostics didn't work, try a new profile.
