Outlook 2000 - 'Tools' 'Services' not shown
 

I have recently changed ISP and cannot set up Outlook as per their
instructions because the 'Service' option under Tools is not shown. (Link to
instruction page below)

When I go to Tools I get 'Accounts' not 'Services'. Can anyone tell me why?

And if you like the way Outlook is working, you don't have to switch modes.
Use the instructions for Outlook Express since the dialogs are fairly
similar once you pick Tools Accounts.
