Outlook 2003 not starting online
Hey folks. I'm having a problem with Outlook 2003 not starting online.
We are running an exchange server, when they open Outlook, it asks them to login, they login fine, but outlook doesn't go online. it stays offline. I have gone down to the bottom right hand corner and unchecked the work offline, and have also gone under File and done the same, but the next time they login on it, it switches back. I cant find a solution to this. any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
