When some of are users change their network login password, their outlook
2003 loses its password, setting, and then the user has to reenter it. Does anybody know what causes this and how to prevent it from happening? Michael Tock |

outlook 2003
Let me repeat the problem. When our users are required to change their network password every 30 days, and do so successfully, the saved password in the outlook logon is deleted. We have a third party email server, a pop account, and are not using Microsoft exchange. The user then has to reenter the password in the logon config section of outlook
