Default Outlook 2007 and Advaanced Search

Hi All,
I have Windows Visa Business Edition, and Office 2007 Ultimate edition.

Is the Advanced Search in Outlook use the Index of my PST file? Or its works
in the same old manner of Advanced Search in outlook 2003?

Regards
