How do I lock sort columns in Outlook?
Hi, I think it is easy (for Microsoft) to please ALL users, to offer a Lock Columns settings in both the Tools = Options as after a right mouse click on the headers of the columns. The same way they did for the Taskbar! I agree that it is to easy now just to delete columns. I have to deal with users that want to sort but accidentally drag the column head into cyberspace and don't understand where the "Subject" went. Another nice option would be: Set this column-setting for ALL folders. I have to deal with users that want to sort but accidentally drag the column head into cyberspace and don't understand where the "Subject" went. Just tell them to reset their view. It's only a few clicks. Another nice option would be: Set this column-setting for ALL folders. That's already possible.
