Accidental 65mb attachment locks up outbox
 

I have a customer who has accidentally attached a 65mb file to an email and
it has completely locked her Outlook. We closed Outlook, unplugged cat5
cable, reopen Outlook, went to outbox and tried to delete it, but it locks
up before we can do anything. Any suggestions short of a complete un-stall
and re-install ?
