set up mail merge for christmas labels using outlook
 

I'm using Outlook 2007 for my Holiday Christmas Card Mailing Label List and
don't seem to be able to create a mail merge. I've highlighted the contacts
in a specific catagory, then hit mail merge, however, I don't seem to be able
to complete the process once Microsoft opens work. What am I doing wrong?

State far more clearly what you are doing and what happen when you try.
There is no information here. "When Microsoft opens?" When is Microsoft ever
closed?
