Is this possible?

I have 2 PC's and I wish to see the same email on both.

1 Is there a way to download email to #1, wait until #1 receives the
same email, and then purges the server of that email?

2 Is there a way to avoid having 2 PC's on the same network that will
'clash' when receiving the same email?
