Customize stationery in Outlook 2007
 

How do I customize stationery in Outlook using a picture of our letterhead?
If I use Themes it inserts the picture more than once and I cannot make the
image smaller.

create it in an HTML editor and place it in the stationery folder then set
it as the default stationery.
