How do I open a URL in an e-mail message in Inbox?

Everytime I try to open a URL in Inbox I am getting a " This operation has
been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please,
contact yor system administrator." message. I know it's only a matter of
turning something on or off, but I can't figure out what it is.

Hi Oliver,
You are the best! Outlook works like a charm, again.
I had to go to "Add/Remove Programs"- "Set program Access and Defaults", and
make Internet Explorer the default browser here.
I think the cause of the problem was that I tried Opera browser, than I
uninstalled it( I wasn't happy with it.) It's only a possibility, I don't
know anything for sure.
I greatly appreciate your help, you saved me a lot of headache!
