Outlook Won't Open
 

All of a sudden, I can't get my Outlook to open. Before that, when I clicked
Send/Receive, it would send, but it wouldn't receive - on any of my accounts.
I closed it, and now when I tried to reopen it, nothing happens. Can anyone
help me? Thanks.

What happens when you try to open Outlook. Any error messages? Try running a detect and repair or you may need to reinstall it under Add/Remove programs. Once it launches if still and issue with doing send/receive that profile may be corrupted. I would test this by creating a new profile. If it works great, but if the only issue you are having is with the the send/receive.

Search and find the .ost files (search hidden files) rename the .ost files to .ost1, etc.. Then do a new send/receive. This will force it to create a new ost file.

First, step is to address the overall program not running.
