I'm not sure if this an Outlook issue but I thought I'd start here.
XP Pro Office 2007 SBS 2003/Exchange server Office came pre installed on a new Dell laptop. When I send a message using BCC the message sits in the outbox, I know people have received it. it never shows up in the sent mail folder. any help? Thanks Brian |

Are you trying to send it to a large number of people. If so it may blocked by your ISP

I have a business T1, they aren't blocking the messages. I can send the same
email from a different machine just fine. Brian "Francine Otterson" wrote in message ... Are you trying to send it to a large number of people. Try sending it "To:" yourself with Bcc to the others. See if that works.

If outgoing messages remain in your Outbox (they never go "straight to Sent Items" - they always pass through Outbox first and then move to Sent Items once they've been sent), that means that Outlook doesn't get an acknowledgement from the outgoing server that it has received the mesage. Enable diagnostic logging and see what's happening between Outlook and the server. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/831053/en-us -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
