How do I mass edit the contact list

in my file. Is there any way to do this with a single operation rather than opening each contact and making the change? |

Some fields can be changed by Group By that field then drag the contacts to
the field (after first changing 1 contact) - without knowing the field I can't say if this will work. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Flower Gardener" wrote in message ...
