Default Outlook 2000 & 2003 / PST's

If I HAD Outlook 2000, and then upgraded to 2003, should the PST file
convert to 2003? Or does it stay as 2000 (i.e. max size 2GB) and thus I have
to create a new one...

Thanks in advance
