Last week my computer crached and i had to install all software again.
I also had to install outlook again. And there is a problem There are three people who use lotus notes, and these people can not read my attachements I know so sent them email as plain text etc. Before the crash this happend automaticly and i do not know how to set this again. Can someone help? Greetings Hans |

Open the person's Contact record and double-click the E-mail address. You should see an "Internet format" drop-down at the bottom.
