I was trying to set up another address book in MS Outlook.
I then lost my original with all my information contacts and e mails etc

Is it gone forever?
I shall cut my throat if it is.

Nah... it should be there somewhere. They are stored in a PST file.

Hi Thanks for any help

I was panicking at the time and when given some thought
all I performed was a system restore to the previous day and Retrieved it
all .
Will back it all up when I can find how!!
