Some E-mail gives me an error stating error with previewer. MS Office Outlook
message and item previewer. How do I correct this problem, and be able to
view my mail?

Using Outlook 2007? Always state your Outlook version.

What distinguishes the mail that does not give you the error from that which
does? Do you have attachments? If so, what type of documents are they?

Yes it is 2007 and the extension is .eml. If it's .jpg or .doc I don't have a
problem. I get the error: This file cannot be previewed because of an error
with the following previewer: MS Office Outlook message and item previewer

Some people report that Google Desktop Search prevents the opening of the
EML file type. Disable the GDS Outlook add-in or uninstall GDS and see if
that helps. I understand the problem is fixed in the most recent version of
GDS. Alternatively, you can save the EML file to the hard drive and when
you double-click it, Outlook Express should start and open it.
