New to Outlook
Some E-mail gives me an error stating error with previewer. MS Office Outlook
message and item previewer. How do I correct this problem, and be able to view my mail? |

Yes it is 2007 and the extension is .eml. If it's .jpg or .doc I don't have a
problem. Disable the GDS Outlook add-in or uninstall GDS and see if that helps. I understand the problem is fixed in the most recent version of GDS. Alternatively, you can save the EML file to the hard drive and when you double-click it, Outlook Express should start and open it. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
