How to make Contact Categories equal Distribution List
Whenever I add in a new contact, I will specify the category.
Question: is it possible to auto-add contacts in category, say 'Client' to the 'Client' distribution list? if not, how to email to all the contacts in a particular category? I don't seem to be able to do it. If it cannot be done, what is the use of having the category? |
How to make Contact Categories equal Distribution List
With categories, you don't need DLs. To mail to a category, display your contacts folder by category, select the category and drag to your inbox.
