Hi Groupies:
In Outlook 2003 all of the outgoing messages seem to be double spaced on one computer. The format is HTML, no stationary. Any ideas? -- Thanks for taking the time! CJ --------------------------------------------------------- Know thyself, know thy limits....know thy newsgroups! |

In HTML formatting, Enter means p (paragraph), which will cause extra space between one line and the next if you presss Enter at the end of the first line. You should allow Outlook (or Word, depending on which mail editor you use) to autowrap the text and use Enter only between paragraphs. Alternatively, you can use Shift-Enter, which is the same as br (line break). -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
