Outlook 2007 Ribbon

Hi

I have just installed Outlook 2007 at home and everything is fine. I have
upgraded at work and there is now ribbon. I am looking to roll this out
across the organisation and want consistency of interface. Is there a way to
turn the ribbon on when upgrading?

the only time the Ribbon appears in Outlook is when you open a message,
create a new message or calendar/task item......
