Web Link in Outlook Email takes long time?

Using Outlook 2003. I have a farily high end system but when clicking on a
web link in an Outlook email it takes possibly 15-30 seconds for the browser
to open and go to the web page. Why is this? Is there a setting to improve
on this?

No setting really.
Thankfully, Outlook 2007 is much better.
