POP3
 

Will my Outlook 2007 allow a POP3 mail account. I don't see an option. And
if I try to import an .iaf file it can't find it and won't allow me to help
"browse" to the location.

Help. Am I stuck with Windows Live Mail?

You don't see an option WHERE? Just WHERE did you even go look?

In Outlook, hit the F1 key and read the included help.
