I'm not sure if there's a better place to report this... so here
goes. With Outlook 2007 closed, delete NormalEmail.dotm. Then open Outlook and close it so that it will create a new NormalEmail.dotm. With Outlook closed, open the new NormalEmail.dotm to edit it. Define a new multi-level list. Assign level 1 to style Heading 1 and click Ok and close. Open Outlook, open a new message, click in the text box and click a few styles (just so you've got a few changes). Go to the Style Set menu and click Reset Document Quick Styles. That's where it has crashed on me. Does it crash for you? background I've been trying for some time to create an email template that defaults to the styles I like (which included a multi-level Header list). It has never worked. This seems closely related. Perhaps the resolution of this will aid in the resolution of my real issue. Thanks, Myron |
