Default E-mail receipt time

My receipt time is 17 hours behind Australian eastern standard time.

How do i amend the time please

set the correct system time on your computer via the control panel.

Are you connecting to a mail host that is across the international
timeline?

Default E-mail receipt time

I cannot send email from my outlook. My web page provider is Go-Daddy. I
can receive emails but when I try to send they always come back.
