I cant recieve e-mail help
 

I can send e-mail but I cant recieve them and yes I have clicked on send
recieve. I think it has to do with the set up of the mail server. when I run
the test mail page everything seems to be working

Do you have a Norton product on your computer configured to scan email? If
yes, disable the scanning. YOu might have to uninstall and reinstall.
