Rename Note ??

How do you rename a note? I have only just started using notes for the
first time.

And while I am here, what are the Journal folders for?

Oh, doesn't matter about the Journal part of my question. I looked into
them again and remembered what I had found before.

Still want to know how to rename notes though.
